I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were good and comfortable during my stay, but I wouldn't choose this room type again. The service, especially from Marina at the front desk and the concierge, went beyond my expectations. The location was the best ski in and out place I've ever stayed at, although the hotel is a bit out of town. The dining was perfect with a great selection, but not as fancy as expected for a 5-star hotel.
The hotel exudes a cozy 'ski lodge' vibe in the rooms, making for a comfortable stay, though the service was exceptional with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location offers easy access to both the VT town and winter sports activities, and the dining options are varied and of high quality.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were ok, but there are some things that could be improved, especially at the massage room. The room was a great size for me, my partner, and our child. Surprisingly, the room was ready at noon, even though the official check-in time is at 4 pm.
